Ryan Thompson is the founder and President of Live Oak Strategies, a corporate strategy and government relations firm. Previously, Mr. Thompson served as a professional staff member in the U.S. House of Representatives for sixteen years, his last 9 years as Chief of Staff for Members of the Energy and Commerce Committee, Foreign Affairs Committee and the Education and Labor Committee.

Mr. Thompson is also the President of the Congressional Sports Foundation, benefitting non-profits in the Washington, D.C. area that focus on families and children. Mr. Thompson is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, and an infantry veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He currently resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife, Noelle.
